Our Teams

At Eldoret FC, we foster talent from a young age through our structured academy program. We currently have over 80 players aged 8-22, divided into five teams:
Eldoret FC U11 Team

U11 Team : Mashujaa Chipukizi

Our Under 11 Team is where the beautiful game truly begins. This foundational level is dedicated to nurturing raw talent and boundless enthusiasm. We focus on building fundamental skills, teamwork, and a lifelong love for football in a fun, supportive environment. It’s all about discovery and developing the basics that will form the cornerstone of their athletic journey.

Meet the shining stars of tomorrow, including promising players like Samidoh and Zunguuu. Their energy and passion on the pitch are infectious, embodying the excitement of this early developmental stage. Our experienced coaches guide these young athletes, ensuring they grow not just as players but as confident individuals ready for the next challenge.

The U11 group is our Mashujaa Chipukizi — the sprouting heroes of Eldoret FC. We instill the values of dedication, respect, and hard work right from the start. This team represents the vibrant, hopeful future of the club, showcasing the potential that careful coaching and youthful dedication can unlock.

Eldoret FC U13 Team

Our Future Starts Here: The U13 Squad

Our U13 Team is where the foundations of skill and teamwork are laid. This talented group represents the bright future of football in our community, focusing on development, discipline, and the pure joy of the beautiful game. They are learning to play together, building lasting friendships, and taking their first steps towards competitive excellence.

Led by Captain Odour Petero, the squad recently celebrated a significant achievement. Three of their exceptional young players — Odour, alongside Charles Ondeko and Ochieng McLean — qualified for the demanding Rift Valley Primary Schools Uasin Gishu County Championships. This success highlights the effectiveness of our grassroots development.

These three stars, all students from Kidiwa Primary School, pushed even further, making it to the highly competitive Regional Level. Their journey inspires the entire team and the Eldoret FC family, proving that hard work, local talent, and dedicated coaching can lead to incredible early achievements.

Eldoret FC U15 Team

Building the Future: Eldoret FC Under 15s

At Eldoret FC, our Under 15 Team represents the dynamic future of the club, a crucial stage where raw talent meets focused development. This squad is dedicated to increasing their competitive edge through rigorous training and strategic match play. The goal at this level is to instill advanced technical skills, tactical discipline, and the mental fortitude required for elite football.

The team is proudly captained by Sechero Andrew, a player who embodies leadership and passion. Under his guidance, the squad pushes the boundaries of their potential every week. Sechero's personal and collective ambitions are clear: to develop the foundational strength needed to lead this generation of players, known as the "Mashujaa" (Heroes), towards senior professional football.

In every practice and tournament, we emphasize that this is more than just a developmental stage; it's preparation for advanced play. We are deliberately molding the next wave of athletes who will be ready to step up and make an impact. The dedication shown by these young Mashujaa reflects their hunger for success and commitment to the Eldoret FC legacy.

Their ultimate, driving vision is to see their efforts culminate in the success of the senior squad, with many of them aiming to eventually grace the pitch in the Kenya Premier League. This commitment to progression ensures that the heart and soul of Eldoret FC remain authentic, robust, and constantly fed by the finest local talent.

Eldoret FC U17 Team

U17 Team: The Future Professionals

Our Under 17 Team is the vital bridge to the senior professional ranks, focusing on refining advanced skills and tactical awareness. This squad operates with the clear objective of achieving senior team readiness, serving as the immediate feeder to our first squad. We are proud of their progress as they train with the intensity required to excel at the highest level.

This team already boasts trailblazers who have stepped up to the senior stage. Our first team currently features two exceptional players who graduated from the U17 ranks: goalkeeper Otieno Byron, a dedicated student at St. Peters Kamukunji, and Kegesa Timothy, a recent form leaver. Their success demonstrates the caliber of talent we develop.

The team maintains a close and strategic relationship with Umoja Secondary School, which has become a key institution for housing and developing our U17 players. The connection is further cemented by our Head Coach Musa, who doubles as Umoja Secondary School coach, ensuring a seamless flow of coaching philosophy and player welfare between the club and the academic environment.

The current roster is rich with promise, featuring players known for their exceptional abilities, including the technical precision of our footwork specialist and goal poacher Mutoro Oscar, alongside the creative flair of wonder kid Kariuki Ignatius. These young stars embody the club’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of footballing excellence.

Eldoret FC Senior Squad

The Senior Squad

Witness the peak of local talent as our Senior Team takes the field. This formidable force, composed of dedicated athletes aged 17 to 22, currently competes with distinction within the rigorous Kenyan league system, consistently challenging for top honors.

Our potent attack is spearheaded by Walela Isaac, the club's leading striker who has netted the highest number of goals over the past three seasons. Joining him are Mwangi Joram Kihenjo, the reigning MVP, and the dynamic forward Okiring Michael, ensuring relentless offensive pressure.

This collective strength was on full display throughout the Uasin Gishu Branch League 2024/25 campaign, culminating in an unbeaten run across 17 league matches. This historic performance secured our promotion to the highly competitive Regionals League.

Crucially underpinning our success is the defense, anchored by the remarkable Timothy Kegesa. The young keeper, formerly of the U17 squad, conceded the fewest goals in the entire league, setting a new standard for defensive solidity and reliable performance.
