At Eldoret FC, our commitment to developing complete individuals is powerfully articulated through our flagship social responsibility program, Elimisha Shujaa (Educate the Hero). This initiative operates on the foundational belief that education and sport are mutually reinforcing pathways to a successful future. We are proud to report significant, tangible progress in breaking down financial barriers to education for our young athletes. Currently, the program is actively supporting five high school students, providing them with the necessary resources—including tuition, supplies, and mentorship—to pursue their secondary education without compromise. This support is crucial, allowing them to focus on both their academic pursuits and their athletic development. Taking this commitment a step further, we have successfully facilitated the next phase of learning for two of our promising young talents who have now been enrolled in College. This marks a pivotal transition, demonstrating a clear pathway from high-school support to higher education, securing their future outside of professional football. The college enrollment is a significant achievement, highlighting the program’s ability to turn potential into opportunity. Elimisha Shujaa is a strategic investment inhuman capital; it’s our promise that dedication on the pitch will be rewarded with opportunity in the classroom. By fostering both academic achievement and athletic prowess, we are not just creating better footballers; we are shaping well-rounded, educated leaders prepared to contribute meaningfully to their communities
