The infrastructure supporting our Mashujaa is continuously evolving, and we are delighted to welcome a wave of exceptional new talent to our volunteer core, significantly enhancing the professional capacity of the club. Our commitment to player welfare and peak physical condition is strengthened by the arrival of two dedicated Physiotherapists, Kitur Chepngeno and Kemunto Daisy.

Their expertise in sports injury management, rehabilitation, and preventive care is invaluable, ensuring our athletes maintain optimal physical resilience and swift recovery times, allowing them to compete at the highest level consistently. Furthermore, to cement our dedication to evidence- based performance and strategic planning, we have appointed a new Data Analytics and Performance Lead. In today’s highly competitive sporting landscape, leveraging actionable insights is non-negotiable. This specialized role will revolutionize how we approach training, opponent analysis, and in-game adjustments, translating raw data into tactical advantages. Our new volunteers are not simply filling roles; they are injecting specialized knowledge and cutting-edge methodologies across crucial
departments of the club. Their passion, combined with their professional skill sets, will
be instrumental in driving performance gains and ensuring a holistic support structure for our players. This is a clear statement: Eldoret FC is investing in the expertise required to compete and succeed at the regional level, setting a new benchmark for professionalism and technical support within the club.
